1981 Vanguard GMC motorhome in Burnaby, British Columbia for sale

This amazing small motorhome called Harvey the RV in which i lived in for the last year is for sale
The engine is 3 years old and has only 70000ks, this is why i took it in the first place ! (got all the papers for the engine, and it's still on warranty until the October 30th 2017)
Serviced two week ago with all new filters, spark plugs and distribution (500$). Oil changed few days ago
One year old or less:
- set of 6 tires (TRANSFORCE HT)
- deep cycle batteries
- solar panel 100 watts
- blue flame propane heater - extremely efficient
- engine battery
- floor / ceiling / paint / curtains
- distribution as mentioned
- roof bars - net - box
- propane check and parts replaced
- 500 watts inverter
Appliances work perfectly. Fridge and freezer are used everyday, same for the burners and oven. The water heater is used twice a week for shower and water pump all the time.
Radio connected on deep cycle with 4 speakers
The shower had been completly rebuilt too to have more space + recent faucet and head !
On the driving, this unit has power stearing wheel, power brakes, back up camera and GPS.
Very reliable engine, transmission and suspension. It's a bit higher than other Rvs so this thing can go everywhere and is not scared of gravel road
Engine is 350 chevy 5.7l small block.
Comes with everything you need to go on the road, including hoses for dumping and filling water, bedding, kitchen accessories (pot, fry pans, cutley..), folding chairs, insulation when it gets cold, complete set of tools, jump cables, bear spray, a jerricane of 20 fresh liters of gas and more.
Lot of storage inside and outside and very bright Rv with the way it's made inside
The reason why i'm not taking it back with me is that my visa ends soon and i have to be back to france in few weeks..
I'm keen to talk more about it and if you want just to have a look. Price is not definitive but don't ask me 3000 for it, more than 6000$ had been added to this rig since the last year. Bills for proof. Almost no rust under the chassis as you can see on the pic.
You just have to bring your belongings, turns the keys and enjoy the summer.
