We have a number of rooms to sublet in a six bedroom, two storey house. Each floor has its own kitchen, washroom, and living room. The rooms vary in size from small to master bedroom and the rent price reflects this. Price therefore ranges from $575-675 per month. All the rooms share the bathroom with one or two people except the master bedroom which has its own entrance (if wanted), a private washroom, and a walk-in closet. The house is furnished.
In addition to this we are also looking to sublet the master bedroom ($900 all inclusive without furniture, $950 with furniture). This room has it's own entrance, is an ensuite, and also has a walk-in closet.
Availability is May 1 to August 31 but move-in dates can be negotiated. Preferably looking for girl subletters but we would be open to renting out to a couple or a male for the master bedroom. Prices are slightly negotiable too!
