BMW X1 Lease Takeover - $579 in Burnaby, British Columbia for sale

Got a 2012 BMW X1 with 11,xxx km. Titanium silver metallic. The car has navigation, bluetooth and all the other options on it. Does not have the Sport package seats as they were quite uncomfortable.

The lease maturity date is: September 12 2014 (11 months remaining)
The kilometer allowance is: 45,986, that leaves roughly 34,000 allowed.
It has the excess wear and tear insurance policy

The monthly payments are: 578.74 including taxes and the buyout at the end of the lease (September 2014) will be $26,095.40. Similar cars are selling for roughly $36,000 at the moment.

The car is used to go to and from work however due to the fact that it is our second car it is mostly parked in an underground garage.

Looking to recover $1,000 from the down payment and you pay the transfer fees.
