We're growing again and seeking furnished rental properties in Vancouver, BC for our very busy summer months and beyond.
If you have a fully furnished apartment, house, townhome, condo or suite in Vancouver, and are considering renting it this summer, we'd like to hear from you!
Currently, we have high demand for:
- 1 and 2 bedroom suites, apartments, condos, townhomes, laneway homes and houses in Downtown Vancouver including Yaletown and False Creek.
- 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, suites, condos, townhomes and houses in Kitsilano.
- Family-friendly rentals
- Pet friendly rentals
- Your property needs to be available for a minimum of 2 months.
- Our most popular monthly price range from between $1,400 to $3,200.
How does it work?
- We visit your property, take photos, write a description, and discuss your requirements.
- We add your property to our website, including photos and description to effectively showcase the features of your property.
- Then we market the rental on our website(s) and through other sources.
- We field inquiries, present each request to you based on your preferences, and verify employment or sufficient funds for all stays over a month, and book your suite.
- We then connect you to the tenant so you can complete the contract and arrange payment of the security deposit.
A listing visit by one of our experienced staff is $100 and includes photography, consultation, and listing online. The rate we charge for each rental depends on the length of stay. Please contact us for specific rates.
